With a pile of 300 resumes on his desk and a need to pick someone quickly, my boss told me to make calls on the bottom 50 and toss the rest. "Throw away 250 resumes?" I asked, shocked."What if the best candidates are in there?"
"You have a point," he said. "But then again, I don't need people with bad luck here."

Yes, i am happy today coz my colleague is finally back from her long vacation and i am just a day away from the weekend!! :P Yippeee...looking forward to a gr8 weekend. Saturday, i am planning to meet a very old b-school friend of mine for lunch, i also plan to try out a new Thai Spa that has come up in my area. And Sunday is gonna be super special coz my bf's dad is coming down to Mumbai and he will be coming over for lunch. Wish me luck guys, super nervous about this whole affair!!
