Baby I Like It!

This is what i would like to say to all the people who read this post that yes, "dreams do come true", if and only u believe in them. And even if one of ur dreams don't come true then i wud say go on and dream of something else....i am saying this coz a lot of people give up on themselves a bit too soon! Dreams also need to be backed with adequate passion and lots of patience coz sometimes it may take a while before ur dreams turn into reality.

When i was a little girl, i never really had those dreams of a Prince Charming or my Knight in shining armor. I never had a picture in mind as to how my dream man would be, but i was always a die-hard romantic and i still am. :) Today as i wait for my beau to come down from London to marry me (he's coming tomorrow) i have only one thing to say....Thank u God! The credit for this goes to luck/destiny as some may say....but i feel that some credit should go to the two of us as well.

Its only bcoz of our undying affection for each other that we could come this far....9 and a half years of being in love with someone who was never around except for that one yr when he was in Mumbai, was not easy to say the least. There were times when i would just hug the pillow and sleep alone, and then there were times when i felt so frustrated that i just felt like screaming out loud!

But luckily i was never weak enuff to let go off this relationship. I m saying this coz i know that it requires a lot of mental strength to make a long distance relationship work, i m sure ppl who have been there would agree with me on this one. Such a relationship demands a lot of time and trust too. Time is primary coz i have seen a lot of my college batchmates getting married in the recent past, and to think of it they were single when they were in college with me. I never really felt sad, but sometimes the distance was a bit too much for me to take.

A lot of my friends were baffled as to what did i really want in life....they never really understood, why would i not marry the guy who i have known half my life! But it dint matter as far as we knew what we wanted from life. And now that we have reached this stage, i feel lucky to have come this far! I am really happy for us and i can't wait to embark on this new journey of life called marriage. I Love U Baby and u bring out the best in me. *blows kisses*

Madonna Countdown-Number 8

In at number 9 on the Madonna countdown is "Give It 2 Me" which was released in 2008. Pharrell Williams was also on the track. I love how different the track is to the other Madonna ones and I absolutely love this video. The whole look of the video is really cool even if Madonna was 50 and wearing hot pants ha.
