Work Vs. College Life

I chose to write on this topic coz i found it to be the most pertinent one right now! Can't believe how time flew and here i am....in the big bad corporate world.I used to think during my mba days "how amazin it mus be to work on ur own and earn ur own money".i still stand by that feeling but there is something amiss.....the innocence is lost somewhere.I cud never imagine the person that i am today. College life had a special feel to it...no fear of anything and the kinda freedom that one had is simply incomparable.Today life is complicated, if i feel bad about something i cant share my feelings with anybody simply coz i dont want it to be misconstrued and well this is jus the beginning,the higher u go the corporate ladder the more complicated life becomes!And u dont have a choice but to play by the rules or else u lose.Whenever we meet someone at the professional front we get this feeling that how smart and cunning this person is, who knows jus what he/she wants but what we dont realise is that this person was not always like this.Life teaches a lot of lessons and its prudent for us to learn the lessons on time else the consequences will b for u to bear.But the most interesting thing about us humans is that v want everything.....when v are in college we want to work and be on our own and when we are working we want to go back to college life!
