This week was good coz we had a holiday right in the middle of the week. It may be psychological but it definitely made the week look shorter! :P I went to see "Rock On!" yesterday. Won't speak much abt it coz Ankur and Buzz hav already spoken a lot. :) Obviously, needless to say i liked the film. And my bf has gone bonkers over the songs. I m not too much of a rock fan, but strangely i ended up likin quite a few songs as well!
My workouts are on track now, the only thing that i need to do is to follow a proper diet. Thats an area i need to work on coz i m a total foodie, and i can't think of dieting. But here i m not talking abt dieting per se....Its more like i need to start eating proper nutritious food. And avoid stuff which i love to hav like chinese food, cheesy pasta, chicken pizza and sweets. :( Some ppl may not b knowing but i dont hav a sweet tooth, i hav a sweet jawline! So the point is my workouts will bear fruits only when i follow a diet without the stuff tht i mentioned above. I know its not difficult but i somehow keep givin in to temptations. And tht ruins the diet completely. I was talking to a girl in the gym today and when i heard her diet i jus felt like goin and jumping off a cliff!!
Anyways i m sure i m gonna make it happen. By this year end i will get back to my earlier fab figure. And i guarantee tht when ppl see the new me their jaws will drop! :P
